The international name for Celts people is a greek term (Κελτοί) to indicate the ancient european people living in the center of Europe from about III millennium B.C., coming from Scythia and sharing the Yamnaya civilty, then spreaded from Crimea and southern Ukraine up to Balkan's region, passing along the Danube river until the Alps where they formed the Halstatt culture around 1,200 B.C. in the Mitteleurope area.

It is universally known that Celts are direct relatives of Slavs and together form the socalled 'Indoeuropeans' people, directly related with the Indoiranian peoples of Center Asia and the Persian plateau and with the Indoarian peoples living in northern India, all sharing the ancient Vedic civilty and religion. Their characteristic was of being warriors on horses using bronze or iron weapons, who incenerited the deaths buried in urns together with their personal effects, starting the 'Urnfield culture' around XIII century A.D. in Western Europe. The travel of Celts towards West brough them to settle in the Britain archipelago, from the Rhin river course up to Bohemia and Transylvania regions, remaining northern the low Danube river but entering northern Italy, France and Spain.

In those area they formed several tribes of the celtic history, whose most important for the history of European integration have been: the Gaelics in Ireland; the Combroges in Wales; the Belgic in Belgium; the Aquitains in Aquitania region; the Senones within Aosta Valley, Bourgogne, Lorraine, Savoy, Franche Comtee and Padania Valley; the Sequanes in Alsace-Lorraine; the Sigambres in Haute-Rhin, Rhenania, Lothringen and northern France; the Gauls in France; the Andevici in Anjou, Ile-de-France and Champagne-Orleans regions; the Allobroges in Languedoc, Toulouse, Aubergne and Provance regions; the Elvetians in West Switzerland and Jura region; the Norics in Austria and South Baviera; the Boi in Bohemia and Italy together with Salassi and Insubres and Leponts; a mixed of Celts and Iberians in northern Spain and Portugal.

Celts were in great part an indoeuropean phehotype of long blond hair with large percentage of brown eyes, tipical of the Aryan human group, self-identifying with the oligarchical social organization ed by sacerdos/druids and kings living in big villages called oppida, where practicize a rudimental agricolture and handcraft activities, gold and silver jewellery and other objects they could trade in Eurasia thanks to their cars with wheels used to travel for millenniums in seminomad lifestyle. Celts spoke the indoeuropean group of Celtic languages and shared their typical culture called 'La Thene' developed in Western Europe from the VII century B.C..

Celts peoples entered the history of European integration when met Romans in I century B.C., who defeated them and included in the Roman Empire from Spain to Britain and the Gauls provinces, leaving them keeping their traditions and norms in some case saved until nowadays! Who are Celts today? They survived in southern France, center-northern Spain, northern Italy, Eire and Scotland and in general in Western Europe, where they represent a minorance. It is acceptable that they founded many cities before the Roman conquest such as Vigo, Choir, Briancon and Martigny, Besancon, Langres, Poitiers, Tours, Vienne, Lyon, Arles, Aosta, Susa, Como, Bergamo, Belluno, Asolo, Amiens, Reims, Soissons, Pavia, Verona, Milan, Metz, Trier, Nantes, Ratisbon, Salzburg, Linz, Passau, Bristol, St. Albans, Dublin, Cork, Glasgow and Edimburg. The most famous Celts people have been the members of Tudor, Flandres, Poitou, Anjou-Plantagenet and Siagry dinasties.
